How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment with your licensed provider:
Go to your portal: portal.tryshed.com
Click the Schedule tab, then you'll have two options:
• Complete a follow-up form, or
• Schedule a virtual appointment
Once you schedule a virtual appointment, you'll get an email and text 30 minutes before with the meeting link. You can also access your appointment directly from your portal homepage when it's time.
If the provider has specifically requested a virtual appointment, the follow-up form won't be sufficient.
Does my state require a virtual appointment, or can I fill out a form for my follow-up?
The following states do not accept follow-up forms and require a virtual appointment:
Alabama
Arkansas
Connecticut
Illinois
Mississippi
Rhode Island
