How do I schedule an appointment?
Beginning 9 days before your follow-up is due, you can schedule an appointment with your licensed provider directly through your portal:
Go to your portal: portal.tryshed.com
Click the Schedule tab, depending on what the provider has requested you will be able to:
• Complete a follow-up form, or
• Schedule a virtual appointment
If the provider hasn't specifically requested a virtual appointment, you will only be able to complete the follow up form.
Once you schedule a virtual appointment, you'll get an email and text 30 minutes before with the meeting link. You can also access your appointment directly from your portal homepage when it's time.
If you aren't due for a follow-up appointment, you will still have the option to complete an asynchronous follow-up form, or contact support for assistance.
Premium memberships include unlimited virtual appointments.

Does my state require a virtual appointment, or can I fill out a form for my follow-up?
The following states do not accept follow-up forms and require a virtual appointment:
Alabama
Arkansas
Connecticut
Illinois
Mississippi
Rhode Island
