How do I modify my subscription?

Modifying my subscription.

To modify or cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:

Timing:

  • If you wish to discontinue your subscription, take action in your patient portal at least 72 hours before your next billing date (After meeting your 2 month commitment)

  • All subscriptions require a 2-month minimum before being eligible for cancellation.

  • Once an order has been submitted to the pharmacy, it cannot be changed, held, or delayed, including situations where tracking information has already been generated.

  • Changes to your prescription, such as switching medications, must be requested at least 72 hours before the order is submitted to the pharmacy to ensure they can be processed.


View your next billing date:

  • You can check the next process date of your subscription in your online account.

To view your upcoming billing date, visit your Shed Portal here:


Manage your subscription:

  • Log in to your Shed Member Portal.

  • Click on My Subscriptions.

  • Select Manage Subscription to make changes.

Once you're logged into your portal, you can navigate to the My Subscriptions tab here:


Explore different treatment plans: If you request a medication change, your current order may be placed on hold until you confirm the change and complete any required provider approval.

  • Schedule a virtual visit with your provider via the Schedule tab in your Shed Member Portal.
