Modifying my subscription.
To modify or cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
Timing:
If you wish to discontinue your subscription, take action at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
All subscriptions require a 2-month minimum before being eligible for cancellation.
View your next billing date:
You can check the next process date of your subscription in your online account.
Manage your subscription:
Log in to your Shed Member Portal.
Click on My Treatments.
Select Manage Subscription to make changes.
Explore different treatment plans:
Schedule a virtual visit with your provider via the Schedule tab in your Shed Member Portal.
