What is Rise, and how does it work?
Rise is an on-demand combination tablet for erectile dysfunction, pairing apomorphine (a centrally acting ingredient that works through the brain's dopamine pathways) with two PDE5 inhibitors, tadalafil and vardenafil. Together, they support the body's erectile response through both brain and blood-flow pathways — vardenafil for quicker onset, tadalafil for a longer window of effectiveness.

Seek immediate medical attention for an erection lasting longer than 4 hours. Tell your provider about any heart conditions, recent heart attack or stroke, low blood pressure, dizziness or fainting history, dialysis, or use of alpha-blockers.
Extend 3-in-1 Tablet
What is Extend, and how does it work?
Extend is a 3-in-1 sublingual tablet for premature ejaculation, combining paroxetine (an SSRI used off-label to delay ejaculation), a low dose of tadalafil (a PDE5 inhibitor for erectile support and confidence), and L-theanine (an amino acid included as a calming, anxiolytic adjunct to help ease performance-related anxiety).
Who is Extend ideal for?
Extend may be appropriate for adult men with a self-reported or clinically consistent history of premature ejaculation who are not currently using another SSRI, SNRI, or serotonergic medication, and who do not have a history of bipolar disorder, seizure disorder, or active suicidal ideation. What's the important safety information for Extend?
Do not take Extend if you are currently using another SSRI, SNRI, or serotonergic medication, or if you have used an MAOI in the past 14 days — these combinations can cause serotonin syndrome. Do not take with nitrates or riociguat. Do not stop taking paroxetine without consulting your healthcare provider. Seek immediate medical attention for signs of serotonin syndrome (agitation, high fever, tremor, rapid heartbeat), suicidal thoughts or worsening mood, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours. Tell your provider about any history of bipolar disorder, seizure disorder, depression, or self-harm, and about dialysis, alpha-blocker use, or increased priapism risk factors.

How do I apply Euphoria?
Your Euphoria Cream should be applied as follows:
Apply 1 pump of cream to the clitoris and external genital area.
Apply 15–30 minutes before sexual activity.
Massage gently into the skin until completely absorbed.
The expected duration of effect is approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours.

What's the important safety information for Euphoria?
Do not use Euphoria if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have an active vulvovaginal or pelvic infection. Stop use and contact your provider if you experience unexplained vaginal bleeding, new pelvic pain, or new vulvar/vaginal lesions. Seek emergency care for signs of an allergic reaction (significant swelling, rash, or difficulty breathing). For external use only — keep refrigerated and out of reach of children and pets.

Desire is a sublingual tablet for low sexual desire, combining bremelanotide (PT-141), a melanocortin receptor agonist that acts on central pathways involved in desire, with oxytocin, a supportive peptide hormone associated with bonding and arousal.

What's the important safety information for Desire?
Do not take Desire if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are currently taking naltrexone — bremelanotide can reduce naltrexone's effectiveness. Desire may not be appropriate if you have uncontrolled hypertension or known cardiovascular disease. Rare but permanent focal skin darkening has been reported, appearing more likely in patients with darker skin tones; talk to your provider about this risk. Do not exceed 1 tablet every 24 hours.

What are the possible side effects?
As with any prescription treatment, side effects are possible:
Steady: headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain, or muscle aches.
Rise: nausea, dizziness, flushing, headache, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain, or muscle aches.
Euphoria: local irritation or warmth, transient flushing from the niacin component, or mild redness.
Desire: nausea, flushing, headache, and mild mouth or tongue irritation from the sublingual tablet.
Your provider will review your health history before prescribing, and you should contact your provider promptly if you experience concerning symptoms.
