Certain programs are billed on a 28-day cycle to align with prescription refill schedules and ensure consistent delivery of your treatments.

Some programs operate on different billing cycles including monthly, 30-day supply, or 3-month supply schedules. Your specific billing cadence is outlined in your program details at checkout and visible in your member portal.

Log into your portal and check your subscription details under My Subscriptions.


Important: billing continues regardless of shipment status

Your subscription will be charged on its regular schedule even if:

  • A shipment is delayed

  • A follow-up appointment or refill form has not yet been completed

  • Your order is still in processing

Missing a follow-up or experiencing a shipping delay does not pause or cancel your billing cycle.

What if my billing and shipments are out of alignment? If your billing date has drifted out of sync with your shipments and you'd like to push your next billing date, our Member Success Team can assist with that. Reach out through your Shed Portal and we'll take a look.

FAQ's

Why was I charged again so soon? If you are on a 28-day billing cycle, charges occur every 28 days rather than once per calendar month. This means billing dates shift over time and you may see charges closer together than expected at certain points in the year.

Why was I charged if my shipment hasn't arrived yet? Billing and shipping operate on separate schedules. A charge does not always mean your order has shipped — log into your portal and check My Subscriptions for your current order status.

Why was I charged if I haven't completed my follow-up? Billing continues on its regular schedule regardless of follow-up status. Completing your follow-up as soon as possible will help get your next shipment back on track.

Can I change my billing date? If your billing has gotten out of alignment with your shipments, our Member Success Team can help adjust your billing date. Reach out through your Shed Portal.
