Pausing Your Subscription
You can pause your subscription if you need a short break. Here’s what to know:
You can request a pause at any time during your billing cycle.
There’s no limit to how many times you can pause your subscription.
Each pause can last for up to 3 weeks.
While your subscription is paused, you won’t be able to make updates or changes to it.
When the pause period ends, your subscription will automatically resume, and billing will continue as normal.
How to request a pause
Pauses can’t be started directly from the Help Center. To request one, please contact our support team and they’ll connect you with the Member Success Team to complete the pause for you. You can connect with the Member Success Team here:
