If you previously canceled your Shed account and would like to restart treatment, reactivation requirements depend on how long it has been since your cancellation date.
Step 1: Check the time since cancellation
Less than 30 days → You can reactivate your account by scheduling a follow-up appointment or submitting a refill request, depending on your state’s requirements.
More than 30 days → You’ll need a new Prescription Appointment, since your old prescription is no longer valid.
Reactivation pathways
If it has been less than 30 days
You may be eligible to continue care with a quick Follow-Up Appointment.
What to do:
Schedule your follow-up through the Patient Portal.
Once completed, your provider will determine if you can reactivate your prescription
The Shed member success team will then send you a checkout link with your approved programs/medication to allow you to make a payment and resume orders.
