Reactivating a Shed account after cancellation

If you previously canceled your Shed account and would like to restart treatment, follow these steps.


What to expect when restarting treatment

Getting started again is simple. Just follow these steps:

  • Visit tryshed.com to fill out intake forms, or select the program you would like to restart from the "My Subscriptions" tab in your Shed Portal here:

  • Complete a quick intake form for provider review

  • Confirm your shipping details

  • Choose any optional add-ons (like supplements or coaching)

  • Checkout to begin your program

Depending on the treatment, you may be prompted to schedule a provider appointment after checkout if required.


Treatment options

You can choose from a variety of programs, including:

  • Weight Loss (GLP-1s, oral medications, and more)

  • Longevity & Vitality (e.g., NAD+, Sermorelin, Microdose GLP-1)

  • Hair Treatments (customized plans and solutions)


What happens next?

After checkout, you can track everything in My Subscriptions, including:

  • Treatment status

  • Any required next steps

  • Shipping and delivery updates
