Reactivating a Shed Account After Cancellation

If you previously canceled your Shed account and would like to restart treatment, reactivation requirements depend on how long it has been since your cancellation date.


Step 1: Check the Time Since Cancellation

  • Less than 30 days → You can resume care with a Follow-Up Appointment..

  • More than 30 days → You’ll need a new Prescription Appointment, since your old prescription is no longer valid.


Reactivation Pathways

🔹 If It Has Been Less Than 30 Days

You may be eligible to continue care with a quick Follow-Up Appointment.

What to do:

  1. Schedule your follow-up through the Patient Portal.

  2. Once completed, your provider will determine if you can reactivate your prescription

  3. The Shed member success team will then send you a checkout link with your approved programs/medication to allow you to make a payment and resume orders.


🔹 If It Has Been More Than 30 Days

Your prior prescription has expired, and you’ll need to restart care with a Prescription Appointment.

What to do:

  1. Schedule your Prescription Appointment through the Patient Portal.

  2. Once completed, your provider will determine if you can reactivate your prescription.

  3. The Shed member success team will then send you a checkout link with your approved programs/medication to allow you to make a payment and resume orders.
