Once your prescription has received provider approval, your order moves through processing and fulfillment with one of Shed’s partner pharmacies and is shipped directly to your door. You can always view your exact order status in My Subscriptions.
Typical Order Timeline
After provider approval, most orders follow this sequence:
Order Processing (1–2 business days)
Your prescription has been approved and is being prepared for the pharmacy.Pharmacy Processing (2–3 business days)
The pharmacy verifies, compounds (if applicable), and prepares your medication.Fulfillment & Shipping (2–4 business days)

Most compounded medications arrive within 5–10 business days from provider approval. This includes pharmacy verification, preparation, and shipping time.
First Orders
Your first shipment may take slightly longer than refills. Initial orders require:
Completion of intake forms
Provider review and approval
Initial pharmacy coordination
Once your treatment is established, future refills typically move faster through processing.
Important: Partner pharmacies cannot ship to PO boxes. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate in your Shed Portal.
How to Track Your Shipment
You can track your order at any time by visiting My Subscriptions in your member portal.
From your subscription card or order view, you’ll be able to see:
Your current order status (e.g., Order Processing, Pharmacy Processing, Fulfillment)
A tracking link once it becomes available
The full order timeline with explanations for each step
Common Causes of Delivery Delays
If your medication is taking longer than expected, it’s usually due to one of the following:
Provider approval required
Some programs or refill cycles require a provider visit or follow-up before shipping can begin.Payment issues

If your medication hasn’t arrived within the standard timeline:

Check your email for tracking updates (and confirm messages aren’t filtered to spam).
Verify your payment method is current.
Confirm your shipping address is correct.
Contact Shed Support through the portal if:
Tracking hasn’t appeared after fulfillment, or
Your order appears stalled beyond the expected timeline.
