Click the “My Treatments” tab (or visit portal.tryshed.com/plan)

View the current step you’re on for any active treatments
Click the green “View Treatment Info” button to see:
Your starting dose
Current dose
Step-by-step instructions
What’s coming next in your treatment plan
Measure and Prepare Your Dose
Follow the exact unit/mL instructions listed in your portal and prescription paperwork
Use a clean syringe and carefully draw to the marked line
Administer Your Injection
Injections are given subcutaneously (just under the skin), usually in the lower abdomen, back of the upper arm, or thigh
Rotate injection sites weekly to avoid irritation
Dispose of needles safely in a sharps container
Discard Medication at the Right Time
Most vials are intended to last for a set number of doses (e.g., 4 weeks)
Discard the vial after the recommended number of doses, even if medication remains
