Coaching Approach & Philosophy

Our certified health coaches use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and positive psychology, paired with an evidence-based curriculum. Every two weeks, you and your health coach will co-create a SMART goal, moving through our progressive three-phase model:

    Look for the Coaching section.

  3. Enroll

    • If you’re in a VIP Program, health coaching is already included.

    • Otherwise, add it for just $70/month.

  4. Schedule Your Sessions
    Set up your bi-monthly appointments, explore learning modules, and connect with your health coach. You’ll also get direct text support between sessions.
