Shed accepts HSA and FSA cards, as well as all major credit cards for prescription purchases. We do recommend that you check with your FSA/HSA administrator to confirm the eligibility of your expenses.
Medical prescription supplies, provider visits, and shipping are eligible, but a receipt is required. Health Coaching, where a cost applies, and supplements are not eligible without additional documentation.
Reimbursement process
If a personal credit card is used, you can submit documentation of purchase for reimbursement from your FSA/HSA account. Each member will have access to a detailed receipt in their Shed Member Portal.
To locate and download any payment receipt, please follow the steps outlined below:
Navigate to your Shed Member Portal.
Access the “Login” button.
Navigate to the “My Treatments” tab along the menu bar.
Navigate to the “Payment History” section and locate the desired payment.
Select the “Download” icon to the right of the payment line item.
Your receipt will begin downloading immediately.
