Where can I find more information about my medication?
Once a medication has been prescribed by a medical provider, you will be able to view your treatment under "My Subscriptions" in your Shed Member Portal. This treatment plan will provide an overview of the medication, including a variety of details to help guide you through all aspects of your medication. You will also have the ability to access this valuable information at any time within your account.
Navigate to your Shed Member Portal.
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the “My Subscriptions” tab along the top menu.
From here you will be able to review details of the medication that was prescribed.

What should I do if I am experiencing side effects?

If you find yourself in a potentially life-threatening situation, such as contemplating suicide, it is crucial to seek immediate help. You can contact emergency services by calling 911 or the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988.
Please note that telehealth may not always be an appropriate method of care in certain situations. If you need immediate or urgent medical attention, it is essential to go to an emergency room facility or another healthcare provider equipped to provide urgent or emergent care. It is important to understand that providers or the Member Success Managers may not be able to respond promptly to any messages or communications submitted through Shed.

How do I access and join my virtual appointment with Shed?
Joining your Shed virtual appointment is straightforward. You will receive the appointment link approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time by email, be sure to check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it. In addition to this, a text message notification with a link may be sent to your registered phone number.
You can also access the link directly through your Shed Member Portal. Log in to the portal, navigate to the homepage, and look under upcoming appointments to find the link.
The video conference link becomes active only at your scheduled appointment time. From the homepage, you can see and join any upcoming appointments directly.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Due to a high volume of members and increasing wait times, it is important to be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, a Member Success Manager may ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Please note, your provider may be finishing up another visit when you connect, so make sure to stay on the call for a few minutes. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as you wait to connect with your provider.
